Returns and the right of withdrawal

Orders delivered in Türkiye

Subject to the statutory exceptions, you may withdraw from a distance purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. You may also withdraw before delivery.

To notify OGUZHAN SPOR LLC in writing, email oguzhansporllc@hotmail.com or send a letter to the address below. Your name, the product and your order number, if available, help us identify the purchase. If you have questions, contact us on WhatsApp. Your legal rights in relation to faulty goods are unaffected.

Returning the goods and receiving a refund

Unless we offer to collect the goods, send them back within 14 days of giving notice. We cover return shipping when you use the carrier specified in your pre-contract information. If no carrier was specified, we cover the cost of the carrier you choose.

We refund the purchase and any standard delivery charge to your original payment method in a single payment, without deductions. The 14-day refund period starts when you hand the goods to the specified carrier. If you use a different carrier, it starts when we receive the goods. For a withdrawal before delivery, it starts when we receive your notice.

Example withdrawal notice

To OGUZHAN SPOR LLC: I withdraw from my purchase of [product and quantity], ordered on [date]. [Order number and delivery date, if available]. [Your name, address and date].
